Rug protectant can be applied to your newly cleaned carpet for $20.00 per room/hall or stairway. Fabric protectant can be applied on your newly cleaned upholstery for $10.00 per seat.

Moving of furniture may not be included in these rates and should be done prior to our arrival. If you need us to do this, please call prior to us arriving so we can make the necessary personnel arrangements.

Gum, ink and certain stains may require extra products and time to be removed and may result in extra charges if there is an excessive amount. We will discuss this with you during our walk thru, prior to commencement.

A discount off our standard rate will be extended to you on your next cleaning in the amount of: 10% if it is done within 6 months, 20% within 4 months and 30% within 3 months or less of initial cleaning.
